Sydney Weathers is an American writer born and raised in beautiful Colorado. After breathing crisp mountain air her entire life, she decided it was time for some saltwater and stumbled upon the coastal town of Wilmington, North Carolina. Not knowing a soul and never having visited, she picked up everything she owned (including way too many books to count) and moved to her new home. Here, she soaks in the sun year-round and bounces around coffee shops writing her book.

Sydney graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in English and Business Administration. She does freelance book editing for a company specializing in self-help and training books.

She runs a growing lifestyle Instagram where she posts her current reads and recommendations, crafting videos, and the stunning scenery of her little beach town.

Sydney’s fascinated by travel—especially across the United States—where she notices facets of American History, art, and architecture with each new city she visits. She loves reading thrillers, trying any new craft, and venturing to dive bars with pool tables to over-consume Shirley Temples with three maraschino cherries.
