I wasn't expecting the book to begin with time travel, but that's exactly what happened. This was a huge facet for the protagonist, and she wanted to do everything in her power to prevent the events that occurred in that five-year time jump. Little did she know what would transpire in that final year.

I think it was a sweet story, but I wanted to learn a little more about the character’s pasts and motivations through their actions. I was also confused by some of the chemistry character's had because it felt unwarranted or out of the blue.
